We take pride in our dedicated team of professionals who play a crucial role in providing timely and safe towing solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team.
As a Tow Truck Driver at Concierge Towing, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles in various situations. The ideal candidate is a skilled driver with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tow trucks and other specialized equipment to safely tow vehicles.
- Respond to service calls for roadside assistance, accidents, and vehicle breakdowns.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Secure and transport vehicles in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and addressing their concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain towing procedures and charges.
Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance:
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tow trucks and equipment.
- Report any mechanical issues promptly and ensure the proper maintenance of vehicles.
Documentation:
- Complete accurate and detailed paperwork for each tow, including invoices and receipts.
- Maintain records of all tows and services provided.
Emergency Response:
- Assist law enforcement and emergency services in clearing accident scenes.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Two years' experience as a tow truck driver.
- Experience with both wheel lift and flatbed tow truck types- preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record and a proven ability to operate tow trucks safely.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of local roadways and traffic regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
